Please call the Shasta County Sheriff for all theft and trespassing issues. For any property violation concerns, please contact the Shasta County Building Department, as the TAPPOA Board has No legal authority over any of these issues.
The TAPPOA Board of Directors is made up of 4 volunteers to run the association. This includes collecting road dues from lot owners. These funds are used for hiring a licensed contractor to perform maintenance work on the 41 miles of dirt roads within the subdivision. The 191 TAPPOA lots & 100 Shasta Acre's lots in the subdivision are required to pay these road maintenance dues each year.
Message the Board of Directors
Members paying their dues on time is critical in accomplishing good quality maintenance of our roads. We have over 40 miles of dirt roads, that can obtain substantial damage every year with winter storms. Please do your part and pay your dues on time, this helps us all have better access to and from our rural properties.
